BUYER
BUYER means the natural or legal person who places an order on vozyy.com / the Vozyy Store (shop) and purchases the contract product/service. Buyer details are the trade name, full name, email and phone declared on the order form.
2. Definitions
Law: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. Regulation: Distance Contracts Regulation. Site: the Seller’s vozyy.com and related store pages. Goods / Services: software licences, SaaS, cloud access, eSIM and other digital products/services (no physical shipping). Parties: Seller and Buyer. Contract: this distance sales agreement.
3. Subject of the contract
The subject is the sale of software licences, SaaS access, travel eSIM data packages and related digital services ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller’s Site, and the determination of the parties’ rights and obligations.
4. Contract product / service
- Product type: Digital licence / cloud software service and/or eSIM data package (not a physical good).
- Price: The amount shown in the order summary and on the checkout page, inclusive of taxes and any applicable fees.
- Delivery: Electronic access, activation or eSIM setup / QR details; no physical shipping.
5. General provisions
The Buyer acknowledges having read the pre-contract information on the Site covering technical features, price, payment and performance, and having confirmed the order electronically. Completion of the order constitutes formation of this contract.
Electronic performance (licence activation, access or eSIM details) typically occurs within 1–3 business days; the legal maximum is thirty (30) days. Orders requiring custom integration are notified separately of timing.
6. Payment
Payment may be made by credit/debit card (3D Secure), bank transfer or cash instruction. Card payments are taken via PCI-compliant payment institutions (e.g. iyzico). The payment page is protected by SSL/TLS. Visa, Mastercard, Troy and "Pay with iyzico" logos may appear on the Site.
7. Force majeure
If natural disaster, war, mobilisation, fire, strike, epidemic, infrastructure outage or similar force majeure beyond the Seller’s control makes performance impossible or delayed, the Seller shall give notice; the Buyer may terminate the contract and request a refund within fourteen (14) days.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a general rule the Buyer has a fourteen (14)-day right of withdrawal. For digital products, exceptions in the Regulation (performance commencing with consent, immediate electronic performance, activation, etc.) may apply; details are in the Delivery and Returns terms.

9. Withdrawal exceptions (digital)
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal under the Regulation may apply to digital content / software performed immediately electronically, services whose performance began with the consumer’s consent, and activated eSIM packages.

11. Dispute resolution
Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this contract. For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. For venue, the Seller’s seat in Antalya is taken into account.
12. Effectiveness
The Buyer’s electronic confirmation of the order means the Buyer has read and accepted all terms of this contract. The contract takes effect upon completion of the order.
